Terms of Service for Quote Reflect

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Quote Reflect (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Although your contract is solely with Prickly Pear App Works LLC (“Owner”), you acknowledge that Apple may enforce these Terms as a third-party beneficiary under the Apple App Store terms.

Use of the App

• You may use the App only for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

• You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, or violate any laws or third-party rights when using it.

User-Generated Content

• The App allows you to enter and save quotes, highlights, and notes.

• You are solely responsible for any content you create or store in the App.

• The Owner is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of user-generated content.

Purchases

• The App may offer paid features, managed through the Apple App Store with RevenueCat as the purchase management provider.

• All payments, subscriptions, and refunds are processed by Apple. The Owner does not process or store your payment information.

• Please refer to Apple’s policies for billing and refund terms.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App (excluding your user-generated content) remain with the Owner or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Owner does not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or always available.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.

Termination

The Owner may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

The Owner reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under applicable laws without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
