Quote Reflect respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information in our app.

Information We Collect

All quotes, highlights, and related data you add in the app are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this information.

Analytics

Starting with version 1.4.0, we use TelemetryDeck to collect anonymous usage data that helps us understand how the app is used and improve the experience. TelemetryDeck is a privacy-first analytics service that does not collect any personally identifiable information.

Specifically:

- A anonymous identifier is generated using a double-hashed (SHA-256) value that cannot be reversed or linked back to you

- No IP addresses are stored

- No advertising identifiers (IDFA) are used

- No cookies or cross-app tracking is employed

- No personal data such as your name, email, or location is collected

- Data is viewed only in aggregate form — we cannot identify individual users

The usage data we receive includes things like which features are used most often, app version adoption, and general device information (such as device model and OS version). This data helps us prioritize improvements and fix issues.

Purchases

We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases. RevenueCat may collect non-identifying purchase-related information as necessary to process transactions through the App Store. Data Retention & Control

All of your data remains on your device. You can delete the app at any time to remove all stored data.
If cloud sync is introduced in the future, this policy will be updated to explain how your information is handled.

Children’s Privacy

Quote Reflect is intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable).
